AgroStore Manager ("we," "us," or "our") is a store inventory, purchase, and invoicing management app built for agricultural input retailers — shops selling fertilizer, pesticide, seeds, and related products ("Store Owners" or "you"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the App, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using AgroStore Manager, you agree to the practices described here.
1.1. AgroStore Manager is a business tool used by the owner or staff of an agricultural input store to manage their own shop — not a consumer-facing app used directly by farmers or the general public. Most of the information handled by the App is business record data that you, the Store Owner, enter yourself.
2.1. Account Information
To create and secure your account, we collect your mobile number, password (stored in encrypted/hashed form, never in plain text), and name.
2.2. Store Profile
Your store's name, address, email, contact number, and logo, used to identify your store within the App and on documents such as invoices that you generate.

The core purpose of the App is to help you record and manage your own business data, including:

2.4. Usage and Device Information
We may collect non-personal technical information such as device type, app version, and crash/error logs to help us maintain and improve the App's reliability.

When you add a customer or distributor's contact details to the App, you (the Store Owner) are the party responsible for that data — we act only as a service provider storing and processing it on your behalf, to enable features like invoicing and purchase tracking. You should only enter information about a customer or distributor that you already lawfully hold in the course of your business dealings with them.

If you wish to delete your account or the data associated with it, contact us using the details below and we will process your request, subject to any records we are legally required to retain (for example, for tax or accounting purposes).
8.1. AgroStore Manager is a business tool intended for store owners and staff who are at least 18 years old. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
9.1. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or other communication channels. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
